Wednesday Lenten Series February 13th, 20th, 27th; March 5th, and 12th 6 - 8pm Our popular Lenten “Soup-and-Salad-Supper-Series” resumes on February 13th. For five Lenten Wednesdays, we gather for a simple supper, a presentation, and informal worship around the table. All are welcome!
Our theme this year is, “I was hungry, and you fed me; I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink.” The focus of the series is our ever-increasing commitment to serving others beyond our gates, both close to home, and farther away. Each presentation will start with a spiritually-based reflection from Father James, and will lead into a discussion of these different outreach ministries: what they do, whom they serve, and how we might be more involved.
Our presenters include: February 13th: The Rev’d Susan Murphy SNOW STORM Chaplain, Windham Correctional Facility see 3/12 February 20th: Richard Rasner, Director, St. Elizabeth’s Essentials Pantry, Portland February 27th: Allison Mason Activities Director, Falmouth-by-the-Sea March 5th: Talie and Joel Harris, Becky and Doug Pride Ministering in Guatemala and Louisanna March 12th: The Rev’d Susan Murphy Chaplain, Windham Correctional Facility If time allows: A updating and discussion about the Falmouth Food Pantry, with representatives from other Falmouth churches.

We need volunteers to make soup each week (two or three per week works well), with others bringing salad, bread, or beverage. Sign up in the Guild room of the Parish House
