Mindful Movement and Breath Series
What a great way to start your work-week! Drop the kids off at the bus or at school and drop in for sessions of this six week class that seeks to connect the body mind and spirit. Each class is structured around a universal meditation/intention, threading quiet movement and breath through a musical journey designed to create space and drop each participant more deeply into themselves. These movements may be done from a chair or the floor, so are suitable to all ages and physical abilities. Held in the Auditorium. Open to and offered at no charge to YOU and the community at large.
