Child Care Center - Open for Enrollment

As of this writing, the Caring Hearts Childcare Center in the lower level of Saint Mary‘s Parish House building has been open for two weeks, and things are hopping downstairs!

Monday thru Friday we have ten adorable toddlers learning, playing, growing, having snacks, shedding a few tears, a little napping, and loads of fun on the beautiful new playground. Our director, Lori, is doing an amazing job as we grow our enrollment and hire more staff.

The Open House and Ribbon cutting in August was a success and resulted in a terrific article in the Portland Press Herald. Thank you so much to St. Mary‘s and especially Tom LaPlante and the Buildings and Grounds Committee for making this a smooth launch.

Stay tuned as we start to develop a plan for volunteers to spend time with these wonderful children that have been entrusted to our care.
