Children & Youth

"Those who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God." – Romans 8:14

Guiding RAY

Religious Adventures for Youth

Guiding RAY is our children’s Christian Formation program for Pre-K through 5th grade. Through fun, interactive workshops, children learn Bible stories, build friendships, and grow in their understanding of God’s love.

Program Highlights

  • Nursery Care

Our youngest parishioners (infants and toddlers up to 3 years) are cared for in a safe and loving environment every Sunday from 9:00–11:30 AM. The Nursery is located in the lower level of the Parish House and is staffed by experienced caregivers.

  • Family Chapel

A 10-minute gathering at 10:00 AM with special guests. Parents are welcome!

  • Bible Story Workshops

From 10:15–10:45 AM, children engage in creative activities like arts & crafts, cooking, drama, and storytelling.

  • Communion

At 10:50 AM, children join their families in the Sanctuary to receive Communion or a blessing.

Volunteer Opportunities

We welcome parents and parishioners to share their talents as workshop leaders, assistants, or event helpers. No prior experience is needed! Contact Meg Hurdman, Family Minister.
